We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be returned in its original packaging

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item. Once your return has been accepted, you may place a new order separately.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without providing a justification.

Returned items must meet the same eligibility requirements outlined above: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

This statutory right applies regardless of our 30-day return policy.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
